Shipping: All items are shipped free of charge to the United States via USPS Mail with delivery confirmation where available. Other shipping charges may apply if shipped outside the United States. Shipping outside the United States is available, but additional shipping charges may apply. Please E-mail for further information. Items will ship only after funds are cleared. Veils: A normal order can take up to two weeks to complete. Because each veil is hand dyed and custom made, orders may be delayed due to availability of materials. Every effort is made to complete orders in a timely fashion.
Payment Options: Preferred payment is through Pay-pal. This allows us to ship items for free and keeps our costs down. Cashiers checks and money orders are accepted, however the item will not ship until funds have cleared. Please E-mail us for more information. Returns: It is our policy that our customer's satisfaction is paramount. If you feel you have not received a quality item or wish to return it, please contact us immediately via E-mail or call us at one of the numbers listed below. Be sure to have the packing slip available. We will replace the item with one of equal value or give full store credit (less shipping charges) after defective item has been returned.
